Mindsets is currently developing the strategy and operating model for a mid-size regional engineering firm, with the objective of enhancing perfor- mance and enabling further growth. This shall be supported by a baseline analysis encompassing benchmark studies and a SWOT analysis.
The company’s current vision, mission and values will also be revised. Subsequently, strategic initiatives for implementation shall be identified. In addition, a new operating model, which includes both the corporate gov- ernance and organizational structures, will be developed. The former comprising of the ownership model, board structure with roles and responsibilities, modus operandi as well as board committees. The organi- zational structure will show the functional roles and responsibilities within the organization.
